Welcome to Miss Laksh-My

Founded by Renuka Srinvasan in 1994, Miss Laksh-My is an outgrowth of her passion
for arts and culture. Renuka believes in combing modern aesthetics with tradition and is
well known among her clients for her tasteful curation. She travels frequently to India to
meet with the traditional craftspeople and to develop new ideas and styles that appeal to
the heart and soul. She is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and guru. A make-up
artist and fashion consultant, Renuka underwent training in India and the UK under the
expert guidance of renowned international make-up artists. She has had the privilege to
work as a make-up consultant, specializing in ethnic complexions, for photographers in
London and New York.
Every item at Miss Laksh-My has had a unique journey from the heart of the designer, to
the hands of the weaver and finally to you, the client.
It is a journey filled with love and hope and one that cherishes the future of the planet we
are bequeathing to the next generation
